Fall of 2018, just purchased our own farm!!!

It all started when…
Anthony grew up working on a hay farm, exploring the intricate nature of the interactions of God’s creation. Into his adult life he completed a B.S. in wildlife ecology, followed by a stint in graduate school in the same field. His long time passion for environmental studies continued to lead him back to the foundation of ecosystem studies, primary producers/ PLANTS!

“God designed us to tend the land, to grow what we eat, though through this He also developed systems with us uniquely in mind, to tend to our needs! For example, there is a bacteria in the soil that when we come into contact with it, it evokes a response in your brain to produce hormones that make you feel good! Now researchers are injecting it into people and demonstrating that it’s more effective than anti-depressant drugs!! People are paying the medical community to do for them what they could do by digging in the soil… It’s bizarre”
“Healthy soils are also capable of solving the greatest threats, namely being the release of CO2 gas into the atmosphere from human activity. Healthy soil sequesters 25% of the global output of CO2 annually - according to Columbia University. This is healthy soils!! what you see on a hill side that has been under the processes of chemical agriculture for years are not healthy soils…”
That’s enough of my rant!! head out to our farm to experience the regenerative organic agriculture that has the potential to feed the world while creating healthy environments and food for your family.
